Food Technology Section of the Industrial Technology Institute (ITI) of  Sri Lanka is organizing “Better Process Control School” in collaboration with the Department of Food Science, University of McGills, Canada.

The 4-day training programme will provide an opportunity to scientists, technologists and industry personnel involved in R&D, production, quality control and export businesses of canning industry to gain knowledge and experience in Thermal Processing Systems, Food Plant Sanitation, Aseptic Processing and Packaging Systems.
